Ian Rambles
From Copenhagen we caught a train to Esjburg and then our ferry to Harwich.
Harwich provided a newspaper and a full english breakfast.
We caught our train to London at midday.
Crossing London, the tube felt very small compared with the more modern examples we had used around the world - there is disadvantage in being first!
By mid afternoon we were west of London and I realised that, if we stayed on this quite slow train, we would reach the far west of Wales before midnight. Crossing the UK in less than 12 hours. It made us realise what a small island we live on.

At the end of our trip, we had still failed to learn the art of travelling light!
